Scheduling & Rescheduling

Can I change my service frequency? Yes! You can change your cleaning frequency any time after your second cleaning. Just contact us and we’ll adjust your plan.

What if I need to reschedule? No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to avoid a $10 rescheduling fee.

What if I forget to leave my bins out? We’re happy to reschedule; however, a $10 rescheduling fee will apply.

Do I need to be home for service? No. Just leave your bins curbside between 7 AM and 7 PM on your scheduled cleaning day. Please ensure your bins are empty and accessible during this time.

Will you go into my backyard or behind my gate? For safety and liability reasons, our technicians will not go behind locked gates or enter private enclosures.

How It Works

How long does it take to clean a trash can? Each bin takes about 5–10 minutes to clean thoroughly.

How do you clean and sanitize trash cans? We use 190°F pressurized water to deep-clean and sanitize your bins, followed by an eco-conscious odor neutralizer. Our process effectively eliminates grime, bacteria, and odors without harming the environment.

What happens to the dirty water? All wastewater is reclaimed and properly disposed of, protecting your home and the environment.

What can prevent a cleaning? For safety, our technicians cannot clean bins that contain:

  • Unbagged waste (human or animal)
  • Oils (cooking or motor oil)
  • Construction debris (wet paint, cement, or hazardous materials)
  • Animal infestations (e.g., rats, snakes, raccoons)
