How It Works
How do you clean and sanitize dumpsters? We use 190°F high-pressure water to blast away grease, grime, and bacteria. We finish the process with an eco-conscious odor neutralizer to ensure a fresh result.
How do you handle the wastewater? In compliance with environmental regulations, all wastewater is reclaimed and responsibly disposed of. This prevents hazardous runoff from entering storm drains and protects your property from environmental violations.
How often should dumpsters be cleaned? To maintain health standards and deter pests, we recommend monthly or quarterly treatments, depending on your waste volume and business type.
Scheduling & Service
How will I be reminded of my service? We send an email reminder the day before and a text reminder the morning of your scheduled service to ensure your dumpsters are empty and accessible.
When do you perform the cleaning? We coordinate with your waste hauler’s pickup schedule. Dumpsters must be empty and available for a four-hour window following your scheduled trash pickup.
Do I need to be present for the service? No. As long as our technicians have clear access to the dumpsters, we perform the service without interrupting your business operations.
Is there a fee for rescheduling? We require 24-hour notice to reschedule. A $25 fee applies for late cancellations or if we cannot access the property. This fee also applies if the dumpster has been refilled with trash prior to our arrival, as we can only clean empty containers.
