What happens after I sign up for trash bin cleaning?
After signing up at washbins.com, you’ll receive a welcome email within 24 hours. It will include your first cleaning date and information about our reminder system—so you always know when we’re coming.

When will my first trash can cleaning happen?
Your first cleaning is scheduled for the day after your next trash pickup. We’ll send you an email reminder the day before, and a text the morning of your cleaning.

What’s your Next-Day Service Guarantee?
Sign up by 4 PM PST, and we guarantee your first cleaning the day after your trash pickup.
First-time residential customers only
Subject to standard terms and conditions
If we miss it, your cleaning will be rescheduled and fully refunded

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Can I change my service frequency?
Yes! You can change your cleaning frequency any time after your second cleaning. Just contact us and we’ll adjust your plan.

What if I need to reschedule?
No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to avoid a $10 rescheduling fee.

What if I forget to leave my bins out?
We’re happy to reschedule. A $10 rescheduling fee will apply.

Do I need to be home for service?
No. Just leave your bins curbside between 7 AM and 7 PM on your scheduled cleaning day.

What days do you clean bins?
We clean bins the day after your regular trash pickup. You’ll get reminders so you never miss a service.
